Help for Warranty Claims

All of the Products we sell are covered by a 1 Year Parts & Labour Return-to-Base Guarantee. Some items that have been reduced in price may have a shorter guarantee period. Please ensure you keep the invoice as proof of purchase and guarantee.

Should a technical fault develop within 14 days of purchase, Digiland Ltd will endeavour to replace your product with a like for like replacement. However, if that model is not available, another will be offered with the same or greater specification. Alternatively, you can ask for a full refund.

If a technical fault occurs after 14 days of your purchase but within the guarantee period, Digiland Ltd will repair your TV free of charge.

In the unlikely event of a fault please contact us via email at: Digiland.web@digiland.co.uk or by phone on: 01952 238798. Please ensure you have your invoice number and the model number of the product before you get in touch with us. After approval, the defective product should be returned to Digiland Ltd where it will be tested and subsequently repaired or exchanged (see above). If we find a fault, we will repair the product free of charge. If no fault is found, we will return the item to you and we reserve the right to charge you for the return delivery costs unless you come to collect your item in person.

The guarantee does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse (for which there will be no refund or exchange). Please refer to the manufacturers operating instructions for technical support and advice and if possible or practical, please check fuses, cables and batteries before getting in contact with us.

We advise you to retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair. Please note all TVs / Laptops sold by Digiland Ltd are fitted with an internal security seal. If any attempt is made to open the unit, the seal will break. The seal is fitted to ensure that the TV / Laptop is not tampered with before being returned to us. You must ensure that during the guarantee period the TV / Laptop is not given to a third party for inspection / repair. Doing so will break the seal and your guarantee will become void. Digiland Ltd reserves the right to refuse repair/exchange of a TV / Laptop that has a damaged seal which it is returned to us under the terms of the guarantee.

Please note that if we discover that any returned items do not have a fault, you will be charged for the cost of the third party collection from your premises and the return cost of the postage to ship the item back to you.
